Starting in advertising in the late 1990s, Mike transitioned early into digital as the web began to mature, developing a blend of creative direction, UX thinking, and technical understanding. That foundation enables him to lead projects with both design excellence and commercial outcomes in mind, aligning brand, user needs, and functionality to create work that looks exceptional while delivering results.
As the agency’s Creative Director, Mike leads the creative team and plays a hands-on role in shaping strategy, guiding design quality, and overseeing delivery. He works closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and concept development through to launch, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a genuinely collaborative process.
